Current Conversations

In the autumn of 2019, RCTA launched the cross-disciplinary program series, “Framing/Re-Framing Loss and Permanence” as part of the Frameworks for Loss and Permanence Initiative (FLPI), which examines the lenses that inform our discipline-specific research into loss and permanence, whether our subject is Alzheimer’s, art conservation, immigration, or human mortality.

Launched in 2016, our pilot conversation, the Christian Poetics Initiative (CPI), brings together literary scholars, poets, and theologians to explore the possibility, parameters, and contribution of a Christian poetics for the 21st century.
